Vaccinations:
All dogs are required to have vaccinations for Rabies, DHLPP.
Cancellations:
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel appointments due to weather or equipment failure, etc. Every effort will
be made to contact you in advance, and to reschedule as soon as possible.
If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance, so that we have a
chance to fill the vacancy.
Returned Check Policy:
All grooming fees must be paid at the time services are rendered. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be
subject to a $25 returned check fee and all appointments after which must be paid in cash only.
Payment is due at time of service. We take cash, personal checks, VISA and Master Card.
Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of the appointment date.
We will do everything we can to give your dog the most enjoyable grooming experience possible.
For puppies and senior dogs that require assistance of a second person to help them stand on the table during
grooming procedure, handling charge may apply. For matted dogs de-matting fee may apply and the price will be
adjusted accordingly.
We enjoy the different personalities of our pets. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to overly
aggressive pets at our discretion.
